Domain Name Registration Refunds

Domain Registration Refund

In the past, if anyone registered a domain name with TFEH, we could reverse that registration and get most of our money back within 5 days, per ICANN. This was helpful in cases of Fraud or mistakes in registration orders.

The ICANN policy has changed. Effective April 1st, 2009, we are no longer allowed to refund domain names.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
